Knoller, Noel Say Convictions Were Errors
SAN FRANCISCO - In court papers at least, Marjorie Knoller and Robert Noel are turning on each other. In separate motions filed Thursday in San Francisco Superior Court, both Noel and Knoller claim factual innocence in the dog-mauling death of Diane Whipple and point to the guilt of their spouse as a reason for their innocence.
