Banks Stiffed Holocaust Survivors, Suit Charges
LOS ANGELES - German banks which supported the Nazis and profited from their regime have failed to contribute all they owe to a settlement fund used to pay Holocaust survivors around the world, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
