LOS ANGELES - Cardinal Roger Mahony, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and the Rev. Michael Stephen Baker engaged in a criminal conspiracy to cover up Baker's acts of child sexual abuse from 1976 to 1999, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Monday by Minnesota plaintiffs' lawyer Jeffrey R. Anderson on behalf of four alleged victims.
