Aggregators May Be Liable for Web Site Contents

SAN FRANCISCO - Since Napster came into being, it seems Hollywood has churned out more high-profile copyright suits than blockbuster movies. But a little-noticed suit filed by a porn magazine publisher may do more to curb digital piracy on the Internet than any of the Hollywood-produced litigation.
