Court Will Consider Megan's Laws
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider whether the so-called Megan's laws adopted by all 50 states require the states to assess convicted sex offenders' dangerousness before notifying the public about their release on the Internet or other ways or by requiring them to register.
