Assembly Agrees to ADR System Tweaks
SACRAMENTO - The state Assembly passed three bills Monday aimed at protecting consumers in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Five of six bills regulating ADR have now passed the Assembly. Two cleared the legislative body last week. The author of a sixth bill is considering amending her measure before bringing it to a floor vote soon.
