Watchdog Panel Censures, Bars Riverside Judge

RIVERSIDE - The Commission on Judicial Performance publicly censured and barred retired Riverside County Judge William H. Sullivan from receiving any future judicial assignments Friday after finding that he improperly benefited financially from trust cases.
