OMNI SECURES FUNDS TO BUILD SAN DIEGO HOTEL

JMI Realty and Omni Hotels Corp. have secured financing to build the Omni San Diego Hotel, which will be adjacent to a new ballpark under construction in downtown San Diego. JMI received $104 million in financing from its lenders, which included Bank One Corp. and Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale.
