Wilson Sonsini: BIOTECH CLIENT ENTICES COVETED PATENT EXPERT

Patent partner David Weitz has left Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati to join a client, biotechnology company Syrrex Inc. of San Diego. Weitz, 36, prosecuted patents and provided strategic counseling for technology companies for six years at Wilson Sonsini. He joined Syrrex May 13, according to Wilson Sonsini spokeswoman Marci Boyd.
