$45.5 Million Offering Brewed in Eight Days

Partner Kenneth Guernsey led Peet's Coffee & Tea Inc. in its public offering that brought in $45.5 million for the company. Emeryville's Peet's Coffee & Tea specializes in whole bean coffee distribution, in addition to its 60 retail stores. This deal was done in only eight days.
