Speculation Over New Prosecutor

SAN FRANCISCO - If confirmed as Northern California's U.S. attorney, San Francisco Superior Court Judge Kevin Ryan may stick to the more traditional prosecution of gangs, drugs and guns in an era with fewer resources for the more complex white-collar cases pursued by former U.S. Attorney Robert Mueller.
