Woman Can Seek Punitive Damages

LOS ANGELES - U.S. District Judge Ronald S. W. Lew ruled Friday that a woman and her daughter can seek punitive damages from Southwest Airlines in a lawsuit they filed after a pilot overshot a Burbank Airport runway and hit their car on Hollywood Way.
