San Rafael lawyer Steven Rhoads, along with Golden Gate University School of Law professor Neil M. Levy, has formed a business aimed at helping lawyers improve their legal writing while pursuing appeals.

        San Rafael lawyer Steven Rhoads, along with Golden Gate University School of Law professor Neil M. Levy, has formed a business aimed at helping lawyers improve their legal writing while pursuing appeals.
        The firm is called the Steven R. Rhoads Appellate Group and specializes in civil appeals. It also handles major law and motion matters and special legal-writing projects.
