Officer Pleads No Contest to Shooting

LOS ANGELES - In the first conviction since the Los Angeles County district attorney reactivated a program that dispatches prosecutors to the scenes of officer-involved shootings, a Los Angeles police officer pleaded no contest Wednesday to shooting an unarmed motorist.
