First Amendment Protects Psychics, Examiner Rules

LOS ANGELES - Somewhere, Dionne Warwick and her friends must be smiling. A Santa Monica hearing examiner has plumbed the metaphysical universe and ruled that psychics conduct performances, not personal services, and therefore enjoy First Amendment protection from restrictive city ordinances.
