Lawyer to Plead Guilty to Insider Trading

SAN FRANCISCO - Malcolm Wittenberg, the lead patent attorney for Oakland's Crosby Heafey Roach & May, has agreed to plead guilty to a single count of insider trading in the stock of one of the firm's clients, his attorney confirmed Monday.
