The Central Valley Industrial Group, a group of brokers based in Sacramento, joined Colliers International. The group, which was formed in 1996 and was previously affiliated with CB Richard Ellis , includes Mark Demetre, SIOR, David Leatherby Jr. and Bill Niethammer, SIOR, all senior vice presidents; and Matt Lofrano, senior associate. Greg O'Leary and Michael Goldstein, currently with Colliers in the Central Valley, have also joined the group.
