Branches Will Switch To New Jury System
LOS ANGELES - Beginning Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court's Burbank and Glendale branches will convert to the "One Trial" jury system. Under the new system, which has been implemented in the majority of the county's courthouses, prospective jurors are required to be "on call" for jury duty for a period of up to five days.
