Defense Wants City Attorney Off Red-Light Camera Cases
SAN DIEGO - A lawyer for drivers ticketed through the city's red-light camera system asked a judge Monday to disqualify the city attorney's office from prosecuting the citations, saying the municipality's chief prosecutor has a conflict of interest.
