The Right Opportunity

Viet Dinh is a Vietnamese refugee. Brian W. Jones is African-American. Eugene Volokh is a Russian Jew. These three represent the new faces of the Federalist Society. And while Dinh, Volokh and Jones may be drawn to the Federalist message of limited government intervention, they, and other lawyers like them, may very well be drawn by the doors the group can open for them in Washington. Indeed, George W. Bush already has plucked Dinh and Jones for his administration.
