4th District Affirms Peeping Teen's Conviction
RIVERSIDE - A state appellate panel has affirmed a teen-age boy's conviction of unlawful peeking, finding that prosecutors were not required to prove that the youth - who spied through a window at a teen-age girl getting dressed - did so with the intent to commit an offense.
