Convicted Man Sues San Diego Officials

SAN DIEGO - A man who was convicted in the killing of an Ocean Beach man has filed a federal lawsuit claiming that a prosecutor, an investigator and others in the San Diego County district attorney's office conspired to violate his civil rights.
