Man Arrested on DNA Warrant Can Be Tried

SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court on Wednesday gave its silent assent to the prosecution of a Sacramento man who was charged with sexual assault beyond the six-year statute of limitations for rape based on an arrest warrant that contained only the genetic code of a John Doe.
