Morales Drops Out of City Attorney Race
SAN FRANCISCO - After 47 days as a candidate for San Francisco city attorney, Jim Morales dropped out of the race Wednesday. The surprise withdrawal came during the lunch hour. Morales was scheduled to give a press conference on the steps of City Hall to kick off his campaign officially. Instead, a campaign volunteer greeted reporters with leaflets announcing Morales' exit.
