Willed-Body Plaintiffs Lose Element of UCLA Suit

The University of California, Los Angeles cannot be sued for fraud in a class action brought by family members of those who willed their bodies to the medical school, which is accused of improperly disposing of the remains, a Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner ruled Thursday.
