Mistrial Ordered in Killing of Crime Boss

SAN FRANCISCO - Citing statements District Attorney Terence Hallinan made to the news media and the ensuing controversy, San Francisco Superior Court Judge William Cahill has granted a mistrial in a high-profile case of four men charged in the killing of a reputed Tenderloin crime boss.
