Nonbiological Father Is Ruled Dad

SAN BERNARDINO - A San Bernardino County judge ruled Tuesday that a Yucaipa man is the presumed father of a 5-year-old girl, even though he was not married to the child's mother and a blood test confirmed that another man was the child's biological father.
