WASHINGTON - The U.S. missile attacks on purported terrorist operations in Afghanistan and Sudan in response to the Aug. 7 embassy bombings in Africa drew nearly universal applause on Capitol Hill, and now anti-terrorism matters are making their way onto the jammed legislative calendar as the House and Senate gear up for the last month of this Congress.
