Iskanian dies another death, but appeal looms

Six weeks after he agreed to plaintiff Arshavir Iskanian's request to dismiss the decade-old wage-and-hour dispute against CLS Transportation Los Angeles LLC with prejudice, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert L. Hess swiftly rejected on Wednesday a motion to intervene by a new named plaintiff, Kris Frost.
