Whistleblower wins $2.8M verdict against state agency

A Sacramento County jury awarded more than $2.8 million Tuesday to a former staff attorney who filed a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit against the state Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

SACRAMENTO — A Sacramento County jury awarded more than $2.8 million Tuesday to a former staff attorney who filed a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit against the state Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
