ABA passes model rule barring sexual harassment, discrimination

The ABA House of Delegates overwhelmingly approved an amendment to the Model Rules of Professional Responsibility that, for the first time, adds harassment and discrimination to its black-letter list of professional misconduct.

The American Bar Association took a hardline stance against sexual harassment and discrimination perpetrated by attorneys Monday afternoon.

The ABA House of Delegates overwhelmingly approved an amendment to the Model Rules of Professional Responsibility that, for the first time, adds harassment and discrimination to its black-letter list of professional misconduct.
