The state Supreme Court upheld Thursday a probation condition that barred a shoplifter from entering any Home Depot Inc. store or parking lot in California.
The high court unanimously agreed that the sentencing judge's stay-away order was constitutionally permitted and did not constitute an abuse of discretion. People v. Moran, 2016 DJDAR 8016.
