Former U.S. attorney joins Gibson Dunn

Ex-U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner stepped down from his post leading the Eastern District of California in April.

Former U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner of the Eastern District of California, who stepped down from his post in April, is joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, the firm has announced.

Wagner will be a partner in the firm's government investigations and white collar defense practice when he joins the firm's Palo Alto office in September.
