Judge dismisses negligent hiring lawsuit just before closing arguments

Orange County Superior Court Judge Andrew P. Banks on Friday tossed the complaint against Fletcher Jones Motor Cars that sought damages for negligence and negligent hiring, supervision and/or retention.
