The 4th District Court of Appeal has removed all references to the mediation company JAMS from the online profiles of the retired justices who work there.
The changes, which occurred Thursday, happened while two lawsuits challenged the neutrality of the 4th District to hear cases involving JAMS because of its popularity as a lucrative post-bench option for justices.
