Settlement reached resolving challenges to gang injunctions

A settlement resolving constitutional challenges to 26 local gang injunctions was preliminarily approved Friday by U.S. District Judge Dolly M. Gee, who said the agreement providing up to $30 million of Los Angeles City funds for education and job training, was one of the best outcomes she has seen.
