Bar examiners concerned about possible changes

The panel that oversees the California bar exam is concerned that its ability to effectively administer the test could be hampered by changes it says the State Bar leadership appears to be pursuing.

The panel that oversees the California bar exam is concerned that its ability to effectively administer the test could be hampered by changes it says the State Bar leadership appears to be pursuing.

The Committee of Bar Examiners, which oversees all elements of bar admissions, also fears that rising costs assessed to the agency's admissions fund may trigger increased fees for bar applicants.
