LA County files new suit against SoCal Gas Co.

Southern California Gas Co. should install safety shut-off valves on each of its wells in Los Angeles County in order to prevent future gas leaks like the one at Porter Ranch, according to a suit filed this week on behalf of Los Angeles County.
