U.S. attorney unveils economic espionage indictment

SAN FRANCISCO - Northern District U.S. Attorney Melinda Haag delivered on her promise to crack down on white-collar crime by securing a grand jury indictment against five companies and five individuals linked to the alleged theft of trade secrets from American industrial giant DuPont for the benefit of government-controlled Chinese companies.
