Wilson Sonsini partner leaves for venture capital firm

One of the leaders of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC's China practice is retiring from the firm next week to join a Menlo Park-based venture capital firm.

Carmen Chang, one of the leaders of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC's China practice, is retiring from the firm next week to join a Menlo Park-based venture capital firm. She also will work as of counsel at Covington & Burling LLP.
