Water rights firm reopens as smaller boutique

Orange County's Kidman, Behrens & Tague LLP has shut its doors, citing "business reversals," but has reopened as Kidman Law LLP and will continue focusing on water rights law.

The water rights and environmental law firm known as Kidman, Behrens & Tague LLP has shut its doors and reopened as a smaller boutique.


Arthur G. Kidman, who co-founded the practice in 1988, cited as reasons for the Orange County firm's closure a "problem with several business reversals" and the decision of several lawyers to leave the firm for larger firms.
