Another music label sued over digital royalties

The music industry's number three is the latest label to be hit with a class action suit mounted by musicians seeking to claw back digital royalties.

One by one, the recording industry's major labels are facing the music.


In recent months, several artists have mounted legal battles to claw back digital royalties from industry giants UMG Recordings Inc. and Sony Music Entertainment Inc.
