Anti-discrimination policies in the Fair Housing Act do not apply to roommate selection, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel held Thursday in a second reversal of the district judge overseeing a case involving Roommate.com LLP.


The website, which boasts 40,000 visits per day, aims to pair individuals looking for roommates with certain characteristics.
