In a Tuesday meeting that focused largely on the budget, members of the state's Judicial Council enthusiastically endorsed an idea to show all prospective jurors in California a public service video emphasizing the need to adequately fund the courts.
The suggestion came as members of the judiciary's policymaking body discussed ways to broadcast their message to a wider audience.
