Changes at the top are in store for Silicon Valley mainstay Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC.


The firm's partners selected securities litigator Douglas J. Clark and corporate lawyer John T. (Jack) Sheridan to serve as co-managing partners, the firm announced Tuesday. The vote to select new leadership took place Monday.
