LOS ANGELES - A second Los Angeles attorney has filed a formal complaint against Immigration Judge Lorraine Munoz alleging she is unfit to sit on the bench.
Garish Sarin lodged the complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice on Jan. 13 alleging Munoz was biased against him and should be recused from an asylum case.
