Saratoga Schemer Arrested for Fraud

David Boyer Prince, a 46-year old Saratoga attorney with a history of state bar disciplinary trouble, was arrested Thursday on federal criminal charges of running an investment fraud scheme.

David Boyer Prince, a 46-year old Saratoga attorney with a history of state bar disciplinary trouble, was arrested Thursday on federal criminal charges of running an investment fraud scheme. According to his indictment, Prince raised $1.2 million over two years from 30 investors, and put approximately $290,000 toward personal uses and into a foreign bank account.
