MLB Reaches Settlement

Carlsbad-based Upper Deck Co. and Major League Baseball have reached settlement in the MLB's trademark infringement suit brought against the trading card company.

Carlsbad-based Upper Deck Co. and Major League Baseball have reached settlement in the MLB's trademark infringement suit brought against the trading card company.

In the suit, filed January in New York federal court, MLB had accused Upper Deck of using MLB logos when it no longer had a license to do so.
