Apple Inc. has filed a lawsuit against a smart phone manufacturer that uses Google's Android operating system, alleging that the company is infringing 20 of its patents for its popular iPhone.

Apple Inc. has filed a lawsuit against a smart phone manufacturer that uses Google's Android operating system, alleging that the company is infringing 20 of its patents for its popular iPhone.

Cupertino-based Apple filed a pair of complaints against HTC Corp. on Tuesday with the U.S. International Trade Commission as well as in Delaware federal court.
