Cooley Enjoined from 'Union Busting'
A federal judge Tuesday enjoined Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley from alleged "union-busting" tactics in a retaliation lawsuit filed by his office's union, and threatened the county with sanctions for last-minute briefs that county lawyers filed in Cooley's defense.
